Researching Treatment
If you are researching drug addiction treatment options, the internet is a great place to start. There are many options available for drug rehab - make sure to pick one that fits your needs.
In the nav bar under "Between Us" is a link to our Sobriety (Criss Cross) Puzzles. These are like cross word puzzles. Each Criss Cross has something to do with staying clean and sober. On some you have to have a Big Book or Young, Sober, & Free in front of you to fill it out. Each puzzle is in PDF format. Download, save, then print. You can fill it out on a lazy day, share with your friends, or use for a group exercise.
Make up one yourself, , we'll post it, give you credit, and send you a FREE book from Day By Day.

You have reached the official site of Young, Sober, & Free. Here you can connect with others who are from the YES crowd,
Follow the links to lots of recovery tools, listen to songs, send us your story or send in your clean and sober photos. For the young in recovery (even the young at heart), this is your recovery connection.
On Monday, December 13, 2010, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), along with many other partners, sponsored 38 young people from around the country to be part of “The Young People’s Networking Dialogue on Recovery (YPNDR).” All of the young recovery advocates volunteered their time to travel to Baltimore and have a very important dialogue.

This
book was first published as Can You Relate? in 2000. In 2005 it was
re-released as The Teen Survival Guide to Dating and Relating. It went
out of print in 2008. That’s the way things go sometimes.
Instead of letting all this truly great relationship information vanish
forever, I decided to give it away for FREE. No strings attached. So
here it is. Everything you need
to know about getting along
better with
yourself and everyone else. This book is for you. It’s a
gift. Yours to read wherever you want.

Young people from all over the country contributed their storeis, designed the chapters, and shared how getting clean and sober works in their lives.
